Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what people have to say:

“I just wanted to say congratulations on an awesome careers fair! There was such a great range of stalls. I had many students come up to me during the expo, excited by something they had found and they all came away with something useful that they learned. One year 10 boy said ‘I didn’t know there was that many options available to me!’ I was able to talk to most of the Year 10 and 11 students while we waited to be picked up. They all said that they would like to come back next year. They said they wanted to visit stalls that they didn’t get time to see today and they anticipate that they will have different ideas about what they want to do by then. I myself got lots out of the expo as well, as did the two teachers that came with me.”

“It is always such a pleasure to host the students from our local schools. We have some amazingly talented young people keen to join our industry. Quite a few of the students have been so good we have employed them. Congratulations to the students and the team at Workplace Learning for supporting such an important program for the students.”

“Fernwood Fitness Shellharbour has been associated with Workplace Learning for many years and has proudly provided work placement to approximately 100 students doing their VET course in Business Services so far. It is very rewarding for us to be able to give these students some practical working skills and see them gain confidence working with the public and in a team environment. We enjoy having the students in our club, we make sure that there is always work for them to do and that there is variety; they are always eager to learn and help and it is lovely to have an extra pair of hands on busy days! The team at Workplace Learning has also been excellent to deal with, staff are helpful and professional and the processes are easy and efficient.”
